• Consumer Voice - Use this to submit a comment or concern about any issue regarding the title industry in New Mexico, or any of our members.  Information submitted in this way is promptly addressed by our Director and/or Officers.

• New Mexico PRC is the insurance regulating body in our state, and their website contains much information about our industry.  On the lower-left side of their web page is a link to find Escrow-Closing Fees charged by all title companies, sorted by County.
• Superintendent Refund Order concerns certain title insurance premiums that were paid in 2007 and 2008, and is required to be posted on our website until 2015.
